Campfires/Group Parties

Group Reservation Link is at the bottom of this page. Group reservations are not necessary unless you want to reserve a campfire or picnic table.  

Campfire Reservation Info: 

 Many of you think the weekend before Halloween is our busiest. I guess that’s why it is such a good time to visit. It has never been our busiest weekend. We still have plenty of campfire sites for rent. Book online or give us a call. It’s so much fun!

Fri or Sat      7pm-10pm               $40 + Cost of Admission for each person

Sat or Sun    12pm-2pm               $25 + Cost of Admission for each person

Sat or Sun     3pm-5pm                 $25 + Cost of Admission for each person

Included in campfire rental:

  • Wood for Campfire (not a bonfire)
  • A Picnic Table
  • Bench

You are welcome to bring lawn chairs for extra seating.

Guests provide their own food (hot dogs, marshmallows etc), drinks, paper goods, table cover/cloth if desired, and roasting sticks. Please note we are an alcohol free facility.

Picnic Table Reservation (no campfire):

Picnic tables are on a first come, first served basis at no charge. However, if you would like us to reserve you one on Saturday (until 6 pm) or on Sunday, we would be happy to do that.

Cost = $10 per table

Picnic tables cannot be reserved on Friday or Saturday evenings. Most are in use at the reserved campfire pit area.

 

Birthday Parties

We are a favorite destination for fall bday parties! Great for ‘kids’ of any age looking for an adventure destination to celebrate! There’s so much to do!

Cost is simply the price of admission for each guest, plus the cost of the area you choose to serve the cake/food, etc. We offer campfire pits or picnic tables. See pricing above.

Guests provide their own food, drinks, cake, paper goods, table covers/cloths, if desired, and extra seating if needed.

Be sure to reserve a campfire or picnic table for guaranteed party area. Otherwise, it’s first come-first serve. If you choose not to reserve an area for your birthday party, then no reservations are needed.

Every person who enters the farm will pay admission. No Exceptions! This includes parents/siblings of children attending party, grandparents, etc… If your party guests meet at the farm, please plan to have someone at the entrance to meet parents who are dropping off/picking up children. If you are only planning to pay for the children invited to the birthday party, it is your responsibility to have someone at the entrance to escort children to the party area and/or let parents know that everyone who enters the farm will pay admission.

If you would like to pay for your birthday party as you leave, you will be required to leave a $100 deposit and drivers license at admissions.

Conditions for closing the farm & campfire safety issues:

If we are closed due to muddy conditions, your campfire/party time can be rescheduled. Please check the ‘Home’ page of our website to determine if we will be open.

Occasionally, Oklahoma wind conditions make it unsafe to light campfires. If this happens, we will be happy to reschedule your campfire party. Unsafe wind conditions will be determined by the farmers. Sometimes it’s difficult to determine in advance if we can light the fires; OK winds can be so unpreditable. Your safety is our utmost concern.

Reservation Deadlines

  1. Need a campfire or picnic table and it is four days or more until your visit; make an online reservation
  2. Need a campfire or picnic table and it’s three days or less until your visit, give us a call at 405-401-8371 or check at the Admission Booth when you arrive to see if we have any available.
